The deadline that Employers must submit W-2's and 1099's is January 31, 2022. The W-2 shows your complete earnings along with and taxes withheld from your paycheck.
You should receive these forms from your employer before the end of January. Should you notice an error, misspelling, let your employer know as soon as you can so they can make the necessary corrections.
